Updates and Changes to My Schedule

We have made it through most of the spring now and are heading to the Summer Solstice very soon (Winter for my friends south of the Equator).  Which means that Ski Season has come and gone, and therefore, my Winter Hours are coming to an end.

Effective immediately, I am returning my work schedule to the regular hours which are as follows:

Tuesday 10-11am, 12:30-2pm, and 2:30-4pm
Wednesday  10-11am, 12:30-2pm, and 2:30-4pm
Thursday 10-11am, 12:30-2pm, and 2:30-4pm

Hopefully this will be a little easier to manage for everybody’s schedule moving through the Summer and Fall until next Ski Season

Summer Availability

Finally, I want to announce that my schedule this Summer is coming into shape regarding time available for healing sessions and for Cleanses that I have scheduled.

I currently am looking at 1 Private Cleanse in each month of June, July and August.

This means that I will have limited time each month around the week needed to facilitate each of the three cleanses.

Time slots for Channeled Readings and Healing Sessions are filling up quickly, so it would be a great idea to schedule your appointments now so that you can get a slot as soon as is available and not need to wait until a scheduled cleanse finishes

Another newsletter, another discussion on how the energy is intensifying.  We are living in profound times.  This is the moment that cultures all over the world have prophesied for millennia.This is the chaos immediately before the Phase Shift is complete.

I recently discussed with a client how the moment we find ourselves in is a perfect manifestation of the Phase Shift we see illustrated in Cymatics.

Cymatics is the study of how Sound Frequency gives rise to Form and Manifestation.  Have you ever seen a Cymatics video?  In Cymatics, most researchers will attach a square metallic plate to a speaker.  The speaker is then connected to a tone generator so that you can control the exact frequency of sound that is played through the speaker.  The researcher then pours white sand or salt onto the metallic plate.

The sound frequency playing vibrates the metal plate, causing the grains to vibrate.

What we find is that at each Resonant Frequency, the vibration of the sound frequency spontaneously and automatically arranges the grains of sand into a geometric pattern, with the pattern being a visible manifestation of the sound frequency into a form.  Once the frequency is changed, the grains return to a chaotic, disorganized state, until the next higher resonant frequency is played.  At that point, the grains spontaneously rearrange into a new geometry, more complex than the previous frequency.  The process continues oscillating between organized, resonant frequencies, and chaotic discordant frequencies, until you reach the limits of the speaker or the tone generator.

Then, once the next Resonant Frequency is approached, the grains automatically arrange into a new, more complex geometry.  The movement from one form to the other is a Phase Shift.  We are currently in the part of the Phase Shift where we are attuning to the next Resonant Frequency (5D), and the grains of sand are beginning to reorganize into the next more complex geometry.

We see this everywhere now in the world.  The very nature of reality feels like it is being vibrated apart.  Time is becoming fluid and less linear.  Energies are manifesting apparently from nowhere, sometimes beneficial, and often chaotic.

How are we supposed to navigate this moment when the nature of reality itself is feeling chaotic?

Have you been feeling strongly emotional recently?  Have you been feeling emotions rise that are linked to Old Trauma or experiences long behind you?

This seems to be a common theme right now.

The Phase Shift is vibrating us at a new Resonant Frequency.  This new Resonant Frequency has a whole new pattern of energy associated with it which we have not fully acclimated to.  There are many different ways that we could speak about this energy.

I would say that it is frequently vibrating the Discordant Energies that still remain within our Field.  As these Discordant Frequencies are stimulated by the incoming higher frequencies, they are dislodged from their home within us.  Once dislodged, these energies have no anchor point within us.  The new baseline frequency will apply pressure to these old energies, vibrating them up and out of our field.  They often surface like whales breaching, making a huge splash and a ton of noise.

I was blessed to experience this recently 😉  My partner and I had a beautiful trip to the tropics which culminated last week in a 48 hour weather-induced delay in Dallas on our way home.  We were able to navigate the initial delay without much issue and had a fabulous little staycation.  However, as the delay home deepened, each of us had old energies rising to the surface and expressing between us.  It took some good clear communication to shift the Distortions as we each recognized the energies and were able to move beyond into a clearer connection.

Maybe you are experiencing this also?  Have you been feeling old energies, like hard emotions from old wounds, rising in the current moment?  Maybe you have been experiencing triggers around feelings that you had when you were young?  Feeling Left Out, or Inadequate.  Or perhaps Shame around bad decisions, or Regret around Choice Points that you navigated?

All of these energies and so much more are rising from the abyss now, rearing their heads to gain a last little bit of attention.

Despite the discomfort, this is a beautiful and perfect arrangement, offering us all a Gift of release.

I find that it is in the recognition of these old energies that we are able to reclaim the energy for ourselves.  Recognizing that the trigger even exists, or that you are feeling like you did when you were an insecure 13 year old, this is the path of liberation.  These energies are being vibrated out of our field now for a final release to the universe.  Each challenging moment that we feel is an opportunity to scan through our Field and to see if there are still unresolved energies stuck there needing attention and reclamation.

Often, the process of healing and releasing can be as simple as the Point of Recognition.  If you can surrender to the fact that you are still feeling these energies after all these years, the surrender will provide a path of least resistance for the energy to rise and dissipate.  If the energy requires a little bit more attention, it is a good time to be clear and direct with yourself about where these energies are originating.  This might mean that it is time to become vulnerable and share with whomever is appropriate, naming the energies so that they can dissipate. Perhaps you need to step out into nature and ground yourself. I would recommend that on the daily at this point regardless 🙂

However the energy seems to be manifesting for you, it is pretty clear at this point that the old, tired patterns of Distortion are being vibrated out of our fields and released back to the universe.  Surrender, Self Honesty and Clear Communication seem to be excellent methods of working with this process.  And if those don’t work, go escape into nature and allow the Earth to reset and reground your Field.

2 months ago, my partner Amy and I began a 4 month protocol aimed at detoxifying the body and awakening the body’s inherent Self Healing abilities.  It’s been quite an interesting and powerful experience so far, and my body is expressing big results.

The 3 products involved in the protocol were designed in Europe over several decades and utilize a new technology to provide molecular nutrition from 44 Master Healing plants.  These plants activate incredible cleansing and self-healing abilities, supporting the body to return to homeostasis and optimal health.

Another amazing healing as been the complete disappearance of constant pain from arthritic inflammation in my right big toe.  This has been a 21 year situation that has finally stopped bothering me.  Inflammation throughout my body is way down, and the many old football injuries that constantly inform my pain levels feel nonexistent.

Over the past several years, I have mentioned a desire to bring some of my work online as an opportunity to move through training and information at your own pace and in a very cost effective way.  My initial desires were sidelined by the pandemic, and subsequent considerations for creating this content were put aside for one reason or another.

Well, it finally appears that the time is here and the energy is right for making some of these changes.

For 14 years, Gamma Wave Healing has been exclusively one-on-one healing work and in-person group workshops.  I have been doing some research and gathering my thoughts about what comes next, and I am getting close to releasing some exciting new opportunities.

What you can expect

I am planning to maintain access to Private Healing Sessions and Channeled Readings in the short term.  However, I anticipate a reduction in opportunities for private sessions at some point in the future.

In place of this, I am going to pour some energy into creating content that will be available via a Subscriber format, as well as the creation of Online Courses.

This will likely look like several Subscriber levels, each with their own unique access to content and information.  Examples could include:
